Your guide for Sunday, October 18 — the 2nd Annual Pediatric Nutrition Conference & Autism Fair at SUNY Downstate. Everything happening, everywhere it's happening, all in one page.

Getting in

One entrance for everyone — simple and quick.

Come to the EB entrance on Lenox Road

Southwest corner of campus, right beside the Grove. Subway: 2 or 5 to Winthrop Street (5-minute walk). Buses B44 & B12 stop on Clarkson and Lenox.

Walk through security

Everyone passes the security desk in the lobby — you'll get a wristband. That wristband is your ticket to everything all day.

Follow the signs

Food and welcome in the Atrium, big shows in the Auditorium, the fair out to the Grove and the PHAB conference space. Volunteers in shirts are everywhere — just ask.

The Grove is the green space next to the building — walk out through the lobby doors. The vendor fair and destress lounge are indoors, one covered hallway away (follow the guide posts).

Eat & drink

All day, 10 AM – 7 PM — the Atrium. Food organizations and providers are set up inside; coffee and light bites from the moment doors open.
12:00 noon — Keynote Luncheon, Atrium. Everyone welcome, served alongside the vendors.
From 2:30 — Grove food row. Right-side middle of the Grove, with tables ringing the whole perimeter. Grab and go.

Quiet spaces

Sensory Quiet Room — Classroom 1A (room 1-024), 10 AM – 6:45 PM. Dimmed lights, headphones, weighted lap pads, no announcements. Two doors from the Auditorium. Deep-quiet windows: 11:15–12:00, 12:45–2:10, 3:20–4:30, 5:30–6:15.
Destress lounge — inside the PHAB conference space (through the hallway), 2:30 – 6:30 PM. Low-key games, light music, soft seating. Come as you are.
